RIA was established in 2001 and has an independent ownership structure, with the majority of the shares held by employees.

We settle through Pershing Securities, an internationally recognized clearing house, on a Model B basis which means they assume our settlement risk. Pershing is wholly owned by Bank of New York who are rated AA2. We place great importance on the efficient and smooth settlement of all trades, whether it is a trade for fifty thousand or fifty million. Our in house settlement team liaises constantly with Pershing to ensure this.
